Jan Trapp Celebration of Life Ride - ACM

Event date:
Sat, 05/07/2022 - 1:00pm

Following this Saturday's Chapter Meeting, we encourage everyone to attend the Celebration of Life service for our own Jan Trapp.  She was an important part of our family, our Chapter Webmaster, and an integral part of our lives here and we want to honor her memory as we gather and celebrate all she meant to us.  This is a Harley/Carley event but we want to have the bikes arrive together at the same time.  We encourage folks to grab some lunch after the Chapter Meeting and then we will gather up for a 1:30 KSU from the Whole Foods Market at 10133 Louetta Rd, Houston, TX 77070 which is at the corner of Louetta and Cutten Road.  The service will take place at 2:00pm at the Klein Funeral Home at 16131 Champions Forest Drive.  After the service there will be a reception and further celebration at Misfits Outpost (16602 Cypress Rosehill) for any who wish to head that way afterwards.

Unfortunately, trying to get 20, 30 or 40-50 people through one restaurant together would be difficult with our timeline.  Therefore we encourage everyone to gather in groups and grab lunch together at the restaurants nearby our KSU point.  The strip center where Whole Foods sits has plenty of food options available for lunch. You will find a Mod Pizza, Torchy’s Tacos, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Ambriza, Bellagreen, Halal Guys, and Bimbimbox all in the same parking lot.  Just a couple blocks further west is Vintage Park with options too numerous to mention.  Please join us Saturday after the Chapter Meeting as we pay our respects.
